Nothing automatic. We don't take payment info during launch. When the launch window ends, we'll email everyone with a clear opt-in to keep their tier. If you don't opt in, your listing stays live on the free tier.
No. We never put a card on file during launch, so no one gets surprise-charged. Continuing your paid tier after launch is opt-in only.
During launch, claimed groups can post promos to promote their group — that's the core feature, free for everyone. The other premium features (badges, analytics, priority placement, email blasts, etc.) are marked "After launch" on the cards: you can see the full value, but they switch on when launch pricing ends.
We're a new directory. The best way to make PlayNest valuable to everyone is to have a lot of great communities and active players from day one. Free during launch lets us focus on that without you worrying about cost.

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You'll keep Pro/Elite features until the end of your billing period, then automatically drop to Free. Your listing stays — nothing gets deleted.
Your listing stays live. You lose the Pro/Elite badge and tier-specific perks (analytics, extra promos, etc.) but all your data stays exactly as it is. Re-upgrade anytime to get features back instantly.
As an Elite host, you can send your promo to PlayNest players who match your group's category (games offered, region, etc.). We handle the sending — you provide the promo. Players can opt out anytime, so we keep the volume light to protect deliverability.
If you upgrade and aren't happy within 7 days, email us for a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime — no partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.
Yes. Free and Pro hosts manage 1 listing per account. Elite hosts can manage up to 5 listings under a single Elite subscription — perfect if you run multiple groups or operate across platforms.
